Sola Osteria is a new beginning built on tradition, experience, and a love for the true language of Italian cuisine.
Led by Chef Massimo Sola, Sola brings the authentic taste of Italy to the heart of Ridgewood, Bergen County, NJ. With more than 40 years in kitchens across many countries, Chef Massimo’s approach is simple: cook with passion, technique, and care.
In Italy, he led his restaurant for 17 years and earned his first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. Today, that same standard guides a freshly updated menu, handmade pasta, timeless dishes, and seasonal specialties, served with warmth, like family.
