Born in Bolzano, Italy, Chef Stefano Bosetti brings a lifetime of tradition, discipline, and passion to the kitchen at Sola Osteria. After refining his craft in renowned Italian restaurants throughout New York City, he went on to become the chef-owner of Spiga in NYC, Trattoria Giotto in Rutherford, and Palato Café & Cucina in Montclair.
At Sola Osteria, Chef Bosetti’s cuisine reflects his roots, handmade pastas, pristine ingredients, and a balance of rustic authenticity with modern refinement. Each dish is a tribute to Italian heritage, executed with precision and a deep respect for simplicity.
